The following terms and conditions govern the use of our court booking system. By making a booking, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, you must not use or book a court.

Our policies and procedures are published online and reviewed regularly. We make every effort to ensure that details on our website are correct and up to date but cannot be held liable for errors or outdated information.

General Facilities Use

• The multi-purpose court is reserved for approved uses at designated times, including pickleball, basketball, and events.
• Use of the facilities for unapproved activities is not permitted.
• Bikes, scooters, footwear with spikes or studs, and pets are strictly prohibited.
• Proper sports attire must be worn. Non-marking footwear is required.
• Personal belongings must not be left overnight. Lost property will be kept by management for one (1) month before disposal.
• Management accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Users must respect and safeguard all facilities. Damage caused will be chargeable.
• Players and visitors assume all risks related to their health and safety while on the premises. Management is not liable for injuries incurred during play or use of facilities, regardless of weather or ground conditions.
• No gambling, drugs, smoking, or vaping are permitted. Violations may be reported to authorities.

Court Bookings

• Courts may be booked for a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 3 hours per session. Please book only the time you need.
• Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance via the booking system or directly with the Secretariat. We do not work with third-party booking agents.
• Long-term reservations (2–6 months) may be requested by contacting the Court Secretariat at 0917 899 7988 (Viber) or hello@thebuilding.ph. Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment. Installment payments are not accepted.
• For single court pickleball bookings, the maximum is 8 players. Additional players will be charged ₱200 per person.
• Only individuals or groups with confirmed bookings will be allowed access to the court during their reserved slot.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation are non-refundable.
• Changes (e.g., upgrading to air-conditioned use, rescheduling) must be requested more than 24 hours before the booking. Contact the Secretariat at 0917 899 7988 (Viber) or hello@thebuilding.ph.
• Minors under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Management reserves the right to request valid government ID for entry.
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking time to register at reception, and vacate promptly at the end of your session.
• Management reserves the right to move, reschedule, or cancel bookings when necessary. Refunds will be arranged if applicable.
